Balance is in the eyes of the beer holder, and for our brewers, creating a perfectly balanced fruit IPA feels like walking a tight rope from Cape Kiwanda to Haystack Rock. We took the risk and stepped out with our newest experimental IPA–Alotta Apricotta. This punchy IPA marries suitably bold, tropical, citrusy hops with a refreshing, tart apricot flavor from over a ton of apricots per batch.
