To showcase the unique character of the Strata hop, our brewers built a
simple malt bill of two-row malted barley, malted white wheat, and a touch
of Crystal malt—then added loads of Oregon-grown Strata hops. This
minimalist approach lets the incredible grapefruit, passionfruit, strawberry
and earthy dank hop aromas come through with clarity and focus. On the
finish, the clean bitterness is balanced by just enough malt character to
ensure that the next sip is a foregone conclusion.
