Brewers Dinner – Latitude 45

The 2019 Brewers Dinner themes have been announced!  Our Research & Development Chef will be exploring and cultivating the cuisines from different parallels of our world.  Our Brewmaster, Darron Welch, will be there to ensure we have the perfect pairing for each course and walk you through the pairings.  Be sure to purchase your tickets early in our online store so you don’t miss out on our new adventure in beer cuisine and pairings since space is limited.

Each dinner will feature a 6 course meal paired with Pelican beers.  Tickets are $75 per person (gratuity not included), and you must be 21 or older to attend. We will start seating for the dinners at 6:30pm, with the dinner starting promptly at 7pm.  We hope to see you at the next Brewers Dinner!

Amuse Bouche

Oyster Bavarois – Netarts Bay oyster, shallots, lemon , and radish

Pairing: Sea’N Red

First Course

Pork Belly Karadordeva – Crisp fried with house-made Kajmak, Ajvar, fennel-cabbage salad

Pairing: Cherried at Sea

Second Course

Dungeness Crab “Chawanmushi” – Miso, kelp, scallions and salmon roe

Pairing: Tsunami Stout

Third Course

Beef Khorkhog – Barley and millet potato cake and Suutei Tsai

Pairing: TBD – Possible Captain of the Coast or Father of All Tsunamis

Fourth Course

Duck Ravioli en brodo – Five spice, ginger, bok choy, and meyer lemon

Pairing: TBD – Resilience IPA or Dirty Bird IPA


Global Flavors – Lemon, kajmak, green tea, and miso

Pairing: Saison du Pelican
