Our 2020 Brewers Dinner themes have been chosen and tickets are available for purchase in our online store! Each dinner will feature a pre-fixe six course gourmet meal paired perfectly with Pelican beers. Our 2020 dinners will explore the different cuisines of meridians around the world.

Seating will start at 6:30pm, with dinner starting promptly at 7pm. Must be 21+ to attend the event. Gratuity is not included in ticket prices.

Buckwheat pancake with chive crème fraiche, Kiwanda Cream Ale and malt spice cured salmon, gin & vermouth caviar with beet root & horseradish puree

1st Course
Feijoada with Pao de Queijo – Brazil
Black bean stew with bacon, German sausage, pork shoulder, tri-tip, and root vegetables topped with chorizo bread crumbs, carrots and red peppers.
Pairing: Cape Crasher Rye Stout
2nd Course
Halibut Confit – Greenland
Fennel, cardamom, and coriander marinated halibut poached in duck confit with a Sea’N Red vegetable stock, cauliflower, leek, arugula and pea puree. Topped with beet chips.
Pairing: Hazy Rock Juicy IPA
3rd Course
Chivo al Coco – Venezuela
Oxtail with coconut milk sauce, cilantro chimichurri and a green plantain and rice croquette. Topped with Jacobsen’s Sea Salt.
Pairing: Joviale Nights Brown Ale
4th Course
Matambre – Argentina
Butterflied flank steak stuffed with roasted red and green peppers, hard boiled egg, olive oil, parsley, chili flakes, and cilantro. Served with Kiwanda Cream Ale aioli and cilantro rice.
Pairing: Our Dankest Hour IPA
Dessert
Alfajores – Paraguay
Lemon & bourbon shortbread cookie with dulce de leche and The Brewed Abides ice cream. Topped with Jacobsen’s Sea Salt and chocolate shavings.
