Congratulations to our Pelican Brewmaster Darron Welch, on his induction into the Oregon Beer Hall of Fame.

Darron’s career in the industry reaches beyond beer and beyond Pelican. An outstanding individual whose passion for the craft is met with a surmounting respect and compassion for people. Last night’s presenting remarks from industry peers spoke to the incredible love and gusto that Darron puts into every day and his influence on the Oregon beer industry.

We are immensely proud and continually amazed by our founding Brewmaster, and here at Pelican, we recognize that sharing Darron’s beers with the world is an exceptional privilege and honor.

Our Dungeness Crab Boil is back at Pelican Brewing Siletz Bay and is now a part of the main menu! This locally sourced feast features fresh, locally caught Dungeness crab from the Oregon Coast, Pacific Northwest steamer clams, smoky Andouille sausage from Zenner's, shell-on jumbo Shrimp, sweet corn, and tri-colored baby potatoes. Time to get crab-cracking! 🦀

Collect Pelican bottle caps until you have enough letters to spell out BORN AT THE BEACH
Using your talent and creativity, take a photo of the bottle caps in any environment you wish.
Post your photo to Instagram tagged #PelicanCaps
Make certain you Instagram account is set to "public" so we can find your post.

Prizes

All entries receive a 20% discount code for use at the Pelican online store
Three monthly winners (May, June, July) will each receive a $50 Pelican Brewing gift card.
Grand Prize winner wins an overnight stay at the Inn at Cape Kiwanda and a $100 Pelican Brewing gift card.

Rules

Photos will be collected each month and a monthly winner will be chosen by Pelican staff.
At the end of the contest, the three monthly winning photos will be voted on for the grand prize.
By entering you consent to Pelican reposting your photo in social media.
